On February 21st-23rd , the undergraduate executive members of Texas Eta along with alumni attended Carlson Leadership Academy. CLA is a SigEp developed program that is designed to gather chapters across the nation to develop and grow young leaders that are guiding their respective chapters. In a new environment, our executive board got to listen to distinguished alumni, interact with board members of SigEp, as well as learn from other undergraduate brothers that share the same passion and drive to better and continue the brand of SigEp. It was a great learning experience for all members involved, and we cannot wait to report back to our chapters the information learned through this weekend! “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.”
